I believe we are living through the most consequential shift in how humans work — and most organizations are still treating AI as a feature, not a foundation. My work is rooted in a single conviction: the companies and leaders who will win the next decade are those who rebuild their thinking, their teams, and their products as AI-Native from the ground up.
With 25+ years in engineering leadership — from Lucent to Amazon AWS to founding my own AI ventures — I've seen every wave of technology transformation. The AI wave is different. It doesn't just change the tools; it changes what "performance", "productivity", and "value" even mean. I write and speak about this inflection point: how to measure humans in an AI-augmented world, how to lead teams that treat AI as a collaborator, and how to build products that are genuinely intelligent.
From rethinking performance management metrics (token consumption vs. outcome quality) to building AI-first products like CricAI and TrunexAI Ventures, my focus is always the same: close the gap between AI's potential and how organizations actually deploy it.
Career Timeline
- Set the technology vision and roadmap — choosing web/mobile stacks, cloud and tooling standards, and security/compliance guardrails, with a 12–24 month plan balancing innovation with budget and talent constraints
- Own solution delivery end-to-end — leading architects and engineers across concurrent web and mobile projects, reviewing designs, enforcing quality/SLA metrics, and ensuring every client engagement ships on time and to spec
- Translate technology into business value — joining sales calls and discovery workshops, scoping proposals, mentoring senior developers into client-facing tech leads, and managing the P&L of the engineering practice
